QOL Update

New Update!

We now have a preliminary start menu to launch the game from and to read the controls.

I also fixed a pretty significant issue with the moving platforms. Transitioning from level to level used to do strange things to where they started and ended, but now that is all fixed!

Other changes include introducing more sound and visual effects, as well as new background music for each level.
